  1. All items for sale have an ADD TO CART button.   Add one or multiple items to your shopping cart by clicking ADD TO CART . 
  2. To view the contents of your cart click  VIEW CART.
  3. Once you've finished shopping, select 'checkout'.
  4. Provide your shipping information.
  5. Provide your billing information.
  6. Provide your credit card information securely using PAYPAL.
  7. In the comments please include the size and swatch of fabric you want for your item(s).You'll receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order details.

Shipping: Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day. Orders ship from our warehouse in Montréal, Québec. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks.

  • Regular Delivery within Canada is $8 for a single item, $14 for 2-4 items and $20 for 5-7 items.
  • Regular Delivery to the USA is $10 for a single item, $15 for 2-4 items and $21 for 5-7 items.
  • Regular Delivery for International is $14 for a single item, $19 for 2-4 items $26 for 5-7 items.

Return Policy: So-Fine unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.

If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:

Item must be returned within 20 days from date of purchase.
You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please call 1-514-945-9247.
Swimwear, bodysuits, unitards, and intimates cannot be returned unless defective.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Items purchased from the So-Fine Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at So-Fine outlet/stores.
 
 
You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.
 
 
 

Terms and Conditions

1. Buyer consents to online store terms and conditions
Selling takes place exclusively subject to the following conditions. Variations, particularly oral subsidiary agreements, are only valid if we have given written confirmation of them.
 
2. Jurisdiction
Any transaction between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec. The Seller also reserves the right to sue the Buyer or its Guarantor, if applicable, in the province of its domicile.
 
3. Canadian Orders
Most in-stock orders ship within 48-hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.
Orders shipping to addresses in Canada leave from our warehouse in Montreal. Standard ground shipments usually arrive within 6 business days from when they leave the warehouse.
If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. Most backorders ship within 2 weeks. Please note that when your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order only. If items in your order are not available, we will notify you after reception of the order confirmation.
 
4. Online Pricing
All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
 
5. Payment Options
We accept Personal Cheque, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal.
 
6.. Sales tax
Sales tax for products ordered on this online store is based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate. For merchandize shipped within the province of Quebec, add 6% GST and 7.5% QST. For merchandize shipped in the province of Ontario, add 6% GST and 8% PST. For British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, add 6% GST and 7% provincial sales tax. All other provinces, add 6% GST or 14% HST, as applicable.
 
7. We protect you!
Please note that the shipping and the billing address MUST be the same. These measures have been established to protect So-Fine's customers against fraud and misrepresentation.
 
8. What you can exchange or return
So-Fine unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 20 days of purchase.
Items purchased from the So-Fine Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at any So-Fine Retail Stores.
 
9. How to Exchange
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the So-Fine Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions. Items purchased online cannot be returned at So-Fine Retail Stores.

1. Place the items you wish to return in a box
2. You must include a copy of the invoice
3. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction

10. Changes in pricing and items available

Online store prices and items available are subject to change without notice. We endeavor to display to you only those items which are currently available to order.
